Membership and Refunds

One membership opens every sanctuary on sheisoracle.ca. These terms explain what it includes, how billing works, and how to cancel. They form part of our Terms of Use.

1. What membership includes

Membership gives you access to all digital content across all six goddesses: conversations, sitting in the circle with several goddesses at once, card readings, your journal, guided meditations, mantras and sacred sound. Physical oracle decks and guidebooks are sold separately and are not included.

2. Price

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes (GST and, where it applies, PST or HST). The total, including tax, is shown before you pay. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee if your card is not in Canadian dollars.

3. Free trial

If we offer a free trial, the length and what happens at the end will be shown clearly before you start. We will not charge you during a trial, and if a trial needs a card, we will remind you by email before the first charge.

4. Automatic renewal

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and your payment method is charged at the price then in effect, until you cancel. For annual plans, we email you a reminder at least 14 days before each renewal, with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel.

5. Price changes

If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. The new price starts at your next renewal after that notice. You may cancel before then.

6. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time in your account settings under Membership, in a few clicks and without contacting us. You can also email love@sheisoracle.ca. When you cancel:

• you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for;
• you will not be charged again;
• your journal and conversations are locked, not deleted, for 12 months, and open again if you return.

7. Refunds

• Monthly plan: you may cancel at any time. We do not give refunds for part of a month.
• Annual plan: if you ask within 14 days after your first annual payment or an annual renewal, we will refund that payment in full. After 14 days, you keep access until the end of the year and are not charged again.
• Billing mistakes: if you were charged in error, we will refund it in full.

To ask for a refund, email love@sheisoracle.ca from the address on your account. We send refunds to your original payment method within 15 days of approving them.

8. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will email you and try again over the following 7 days. If it still cannot be collected, your membership will pause until your payment details are updated.

9. Physical decks

Physical decks are sold separately. Unopened decks in their original wrapping may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the deck price; the buyer pays return shipping. If a deck arrives damaged or with a printing fault, email a photo to love@sheisoracle.ca within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost. Where a deck includes access to digital cards, that access stays with the buyer's account.

10. Your consumer rights

Nothing here limits any right you have under the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or the consumer protection law where you live.
