Welcome to She Is Oracle. These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and 791827777 BC Ltd, doing business as She Is Oracle ("we", "us"), a company based in Vancouver, British Columbia. They apply to sheisoracle.ca and any app, sanctuary, conversation, meditation, card reading or other service we offer through it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Membership and Refunds terms and our Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is true.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at love@sheisoracle.ca if you think someone else has used it. One account is for one person; please do not share it.

3. What the Service offers

The Service offers oracle card readings, conversations with the goddesses of the She Is circle, a personal journal, guided meditations, mantras, sacred sound and related devotional content. The goddess conversations are generated by artificial intelligence, guided by teachings and instructions we have written for each goddess. Responses can be imperfect or wrong. They are offered for spiritual reflection and devotional practice, not as professional advice of any kind. Please read our Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer.

4. Check-ins from the goddesses

If you share something that suggests you are struggling, or return to the same difficulty many times, a goddess may reach out to check on you through the Service or by email. You can turn check-ins off in your account settings at any time. Check-ins are not monitoring, emergency response or a crisis service. If you are in danger, call 911. In Canada, you can call or text 9-8-8 at any hour.

5. Membership

Some parts of the Service require a paid membership. Prices, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are set out in Membership and Refunds. Physical oracle decks are sold separately and are not included in membership.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • use it for anything unlawful, or to harm, harass or threaten anyone;
  • try to get around membership access, copy content in bulk, or scrape, download or resell any part of the Service;
  • try to make the AI produce harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content, or to reveal its instructions;
  • upload anything that infringes someone else's rights or contains malicious code;
  • interfere with the security or running of the Service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. Our content

The Service and everything in it, including the goddess teachings, card art, card meanings, guidebook text, meditations, mantra recordings, music, design and the She Is, House of Goddesses and The Goddess Activator names, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. With an active account, you have a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own private practice. You may not copy, record, share, publish or sell our content without our written permission.

8. Your content

Your journal entries, conversations and anything else you write in the Service belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display them only so we can provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish your words or share them with other members.

9. AI-generated responses

The words a goddess speaks to you are generated for you in the moment. Similar words may be generated for others. You may keep and reflect on them for your personal use. We do not promise that any response will be accurate, complete or suitable for your situation.

10. Changes to the Service

We are always tending and growing the Service. We may add, change or remove features, goddesses or content. If a change significantly reduces what paid members receive, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

11. Ending your use

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service. If we close the Service entirely, we will give paid members at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid time not used.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is offered "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your expectations, and we make no promises about outcomes in your life, health, relationships, finances or career.

13. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under British Columbia or other consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of British Columbia, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
